Teny Geragos made the bold claims while appearing on NewsNation’s Cuomo to defend Diddy, hours after he pleaded not guilty to racketeering and sex trafficking in New York federal court.

“He’s innocent,” Geragos told Chris Cuomo after 54-year-old Diddy — real name Sean Combs — was denied bail and ordered to remain in pretrial custody.

The lawyer added: ‘The way of life and attendance at work does not mean that he has committed a crime. Those activities and lifestyle are not illegal.

‘What was noticeable today, what my partner Mark said in court, they never said these women did not agree with what happened, not once.’

Geragos also noted that Diddy was not charged with crimes involving children.

“The difference here between R Kelly, between Epstein, there are no allegations related to children,” he said.

Diddy went to jail on Tuesday to await trial in a federal case that accuses him of overseeing a sordid empire of sex crimes covered by heinous acts and horrific acts of violence.

He is accused of luring female and male victims of drug dealing, sometimes in daily performances called ‘Freak Offs.’

Agnifilo acknowledged that Combs was ‘not a perfect person,’ saying he had used drugs and had toxic relationships’ but was receiving therapy and treatment.

He confirmed that the case stemmed from one long-term, consensual relationship that broke down amid infidelity. He did not name the woman, but the details were similar to Diddy’s ten-year relationship with Cassie, whose legal name is Casandra Ventura.

‘Freak Offs,’ Agnifilo argued, were an extension of that relationship, not a coercion.

It says he will then use force, threats and coercion to get women to interact with men who engage in sex in ‘Freak Offs’ – ‘explicit and sexually suggestive scenes’ that Combs has arranged and recorded. he made many videos.

During a search of the Combs home earlier this year, law enforcement seized drugs, pornographic videos and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant, according to prosecutors. They say agents also seized guns and ammunition, including three AR-15s with defaced serial numbers from his bedroom in Miami.
